Ordering

How can I pay?

We currently accept bank transfer as payment option. You will receive our bank account details upon checkout. Kindly email us a screenshot of the transfer confirmation so we can process your order.

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, kindly refer to our size chart. We currently offer toddler sizes 3-4Y and 5-6Y.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Standard Shipping Policy

METRO MANILA – One (1) to Two (2) business days

Orders received after 12nn will be processed the next day

Delivery Days: Monday to Friday except holidays

PROVINCIAL & INTERNATIONAL – Three (3) to Five (5) business days or more depending on location. Still subject to change

We ship worldwide. If you cannot locate your country in the provided list, kindly email cerezathelable@gmail.com for assistance.

Our team will do our best to ensure that your item/s will be dispatched as soon as possible. In case of any changes, a Cereza representative will contact you directly.

Please note that once item/s is with courier and tracking number has been provided, Cereza will not be liable for any loses, delays, tampered packaging, etc. Kindly contact the assigned courier directly for assistance.

Exchange Policies

Cancellations and refunds of orders will not be accepted. However, a customer may be allowed to exchange an item/s within seven (7) business days from the time the item/s was dispatched. Change of mind is not allowed. Item/s eligible for exchange should fall under this list:

• The item/s does not fit.

• The item/s has a manufacturing defect (subject to inspection).

• The item/s is in its original condition (tag is intact and item is not laundered nor altered).

• The item/s is purchased at regular price (item on sale is not included).

• Exchange shipment will only be accepted and processed once.

Kindly email a Cereza representative at cerezathelabel@gmail.com to assist in processing and confirming the exchange of the item/s. Once it has been approved, please take note of the following guidelines:

• Original item/s should be packed properly in its Cereza packaging and shipped back to our Headquarters. A copy of the invoice should be included in the package as well.

• New item/s requested will still be subject to availability.

• New item/s must be of the same or higher value than the original item purchased.

• All shipping fees and taxes/duties shall be shouldered by the client.

• Aforementioned shipping lead time will be applied.
